Constantine was born in Athens in 1970. He received his B.Eng (Hons) degree in Engineering with Business Management and European studies at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K. in 1994,

and his MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering at the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (University of London)

in 1995 along with the Diploma of the Imperial College.

Since then he has worked as a researcher & developer in the fields of biomechanics, medical informatics,

bioengineering and materials science for various institutions (Imperial College, University College London,

University of Ioannina, National Technical University of Athens, Biomedical Research Centre). He has more than ten years of experience in development and management of national and European R&D,

 communication and information technology projects. Since 2005 he is also a quality systems auditor as an external collaborator with the Research Centre for Biomaterials (EKEVYL S.A.).

 He is one of the co-founders of COMITECH S.A. (2002) and is currently the Vice Chairman and Director of the Consulting Department.
